چکیده
تحقیق حاضر به تبیین جامعه شناختی رابطه میان هوش فرهنگی و متغیرهای جمعیتی با میزان رواداری اجتماعی بین قومیت های ساکن در شهرستان کازرون پرداخته است. روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی، حجم نمونه 389نفر و نمونه گیری بر اساس روش خوشه ای چند مرحله ای بوده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته، بر گرفته از پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی (آنگ و همکاران،2004 ) بوده است؛ ابزار تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نرم افزار spssدر دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی بوده است. براساس یافته ها، میزان رواداری اجتماعی بین قومیتها یکسان بوده است؛ همچنین میزان رواداری اجتماعی در بین افراد قومیت ها با توجه به سطح در آمد، وضعیت شغلی و تأهل، تفاوت معناداری ندارد، اما با توجه به سطوح سنی و سطح تحصیلات آزمودنی ها، با یکدیگر متفاوت است. با توجه به نتایج، رابطه معناداری بین هوش فرهنگی وبا رواداری اجتماعی باsig=.001وجود دارد. در میان مؤلفه های هوش فرهنگی، بیشترین میزان تأثیر بر رواداری اجتماعی مربوط به مؤلفه فراشناختی (beta=17/8)است؛همچنین مؤلفه های شناختی(beta=15/7)، انگیزشی(beta=16/8)و رفتاری به (beta=15/5)، نوسان موجود در رواداری اجتماعی بین قومیت ها را تبیین نموده است.Sociological explanation of the relationship between Cultural Intelligence and demographic variables with social tolerance
The present study has explained the sociological relationship between, at the first side, Cultural Intelligence and demographic variables and, at the other side, the degree of social tolerance among the ethnic groups living in kazerun. the research method is survey and the bulk of statistical sample is 389.and sampling is based on multistage of clustered method. data gathering tools and created questioners is derived from Early and Ang (2006), cultural intelligence questioners and social tolerance is made from King view.Data analysis instrument is SPSS and based on the obtained information the social tolerance is equal among the ethnical groups. also the social tolerance ratio among the ethnical groups based on the income levels ,occupational and marital positioning don’t have meaningful differentiation. according to age and educational levels are different from each other. based on the result thee is meaningful relationship between Cultural Intelligence and social tolerance (sig=0.001).among the Cultural Intelligence indicator the most effect of social tolerance isbelong to Metacognitive aspects .(BET=-17.8).also ,this Cognitive ( beta=15.7), Behavioral with (beta=16.8), Motivational ( beta=15.5) has specified the existing fluctuation between ethnical groups
