چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، دستیابی به الگویی برای تحقق فرهنگ تمدن ساز اسلامی در نظام تربیتی است. ماهیت زمینه ای فرهنگ تمدن ساز اسلامی در نظام تربیتی، ایجاب می کند که برای تحقق و توسعه ی آن، ابتدا فرایندها و سازوکارهای خاص آن، شناخته شوند. بنابراین این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سوال بوده است که: «فرهنگ فرهنگ تمدن ساز اسلامی برای نظام تربیتی چگونه محقق می شود؟». برای این منظور از روش تحقیق کیفی، به شیوه نظریه برخاسته از داده ها استفاده شده است. مصاحبه های عمقی با متخصصین تمدنسازی اسلامی و فرهنگ و ارتباطات که در زمینه ی فرایند مورد مطالعه، صاحب اثر و تجربه بودند، صورت گرفت که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استراس و کوربین استفاده شد. تحلیل مصاحبه ها و همچنین اسناد و مطالعات مرتبط، منجر به شکل گیری نظریه شد. الگوی به دست آمده از این پژوهش نشان می دهد، عوامل علی که منجر به تحقق فرهنگ فرهنگ تمدن ساز اسلامی برای نظام تربیتی می شود، سنجش آغازین، حاکمیت ارزش و برنامه درسی است و جامعه، جو سازمانی و اهداف سازمانی، ابزار در دسترس دانشجو به عنوان عامل های محیطی بر مطلوبیت ایجاد فرهنگ تمدنساز اسلامی موثر است که چنانچه امور فوق مسیر تحقق را امکان پذیر نماید، راهبردهای تقویت بنیه دینی، همراهی با تغییرات، سواد رسانه ای، توانمندسازی خانواده، توانمندسازی مدیران و کادر اداری، آموزش مبتنی بر بافت، انگیزش، توانمندسازی معلمان و مشارکت ذینفعان را پیش می گیرد که در نتیجه ی آنها، فرهنگ تمدن ساز اسلامی شکل می گیرد.The model of realization of the culture of Islamic civilization in the educational system
The purpose of this study is to achieve a model for the realization of Islamic civilization culture in the educational system. The nature of the ground of Islamic civilization culture in the educational system requires that in order to achieve and develop it, first its specific processes and mechanisms be known. Therefore, this research has sought to answer the question: "How is the culture of Islamic civilization culture realized for the educational system?". For this purpose, the qualitative research method has been used as a theory based on data. In-depth interviews were conducted with experts in Islamic civilization, culture and communication who had experience and experience in the field of the study process, who were selected by purposive sampling. Strauss and Corbin's content analysis method was used to analyze the data. Analysis of interviews as well as related documents and studies led to the formation of the theory. The model obtained from this study shows that the causal factors that lead to the realization of the culture of Islamic civilization culture for the educational system are the initial assessment, the rule of value and curriculum, and society, organizational climate and organizational goals, tools available to students as factors. Environment is effective on the desirability of creating an Islamic civilization culture that, if the above things are possible, strategies to strengthen religious strength, accompanied by change, media literacy, family empowerment, empowerment of managers and administrative staff, context-based education, motivation, teacher empowerment and It promotes the participation of stakeholders, as a result of which the culture of Islamic civilization is formed.
