چکیده
زمینه: نیروی انتظامی تنها سازمان تأمین کننده نظم و حفظ و حراست از سازمان و جامعه در مقابله با تهدیدهای فوق است. رویکرد پیشگیرانه و پدافندی در اولویت تدابیر ناجا در کاهش جرائم و تهدیدهای خارجی و تأمین امنیت پایدار قرار دارد. فناوری نوین اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) با تغییر تاکتیک ها و تکنیک ها و رویه ها منجر به افزایش ظرفیت های فرماندهی و کنترل نیروهای عملیاتی و ارتقای مدیریت انتظامی می شود، به طوری که استفاده موثر از برتری اطلاعاتی در درگیری انتظامی و کشف جرائم و رفع بحران، هدف از ارائه این مقاله بررسی قابلیت های سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS در افزایش توانمندی اجرای مأموریت های پدافند غیرعامل ناجا می باشد. روش تحقیق: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده که از روش اسنادی استفاده شده است و اطلاعات ارائه شده در این تحقیق کتابخانه ای می باشند. نتیجه گیری: یک محیط فعال و پویا را برای فرمانده پلیس ایجاد می کند تا به کمک آن اصول عملیاتی و مانورهای رزمی و راهبردهای ابتکاری را اجرا کند و یک پلیس می بایست برای دست یافتن به اثر بخشی مطلوب عملیاتی که یک بانک GIS در حوزه فعالیت های پدافند غیر عامل از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS که یک بانک اطلاعاتی هوشمند می باشد، برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده نماید و گام موثر در برخورد با حوادث و وقایع احتمالی، استفاده از ابزارهای جدید در فعالیت های مدیریت انتظامی و ایمنی می باشد که با شناخت دقیق از محیط، اطلاعات لازم را از محل های بحران زا در اختیار تمام سطوح تصمیم گیری مدیریت قرار گیرد.NAJA passive defense missions with emphasis System GIS Geographic Information
