مصادیق امنیت در حکومت اسلامی از منظر اندیشه امام خمینی

چکیده
امنیت در حکومت اسلامی از نعمت های الهی است؛ زیرا تعالی حکومت و مردم در فضای امن و ایمن از آسیب ها، خطرات و تهدیدات تحقق می یابد. امام خمینی(ره) تامین امنیت، رفاه و آسایش عمومی را از وظایف حکومت اسلامی بر می شمارد و معتقدند که یکی از فلسفه های تشکیل حکومت در اسلام، برپایی امنیت و رفع تهدیدات از جوامع انسانی می باشد. از آنجایی که برپایی امنیت در جامعه اسلامی نیازمند شناسایی مولفه ها و مصادیق امنیت دارد، این مقاله سعی دارد به بررسی امنیت در حکومت اسلامی بپردازد و با بهره گیری از روش تحلیلی-توصیفی نیز آراء امام خمینی(ره) را مورد مداقه قرار دهد. سوال اصلی به این قرار است؛ امنیت از منظر امام خمینی(ره) شامل چه مولفه هایی می گردد؟ یافته های مقاله نشان می دهند که امام خمینی(ره) به مقوله امنیت از منظر دین و روایات اسلامی می نگرند و به همین دلیل، از امنیت به عنوان نعمتی مجهول و گوارا یاد می کنند که با سلامت، آرامش و استقلال همنشین است و ممکن است مورد تهدید واقع شود و از این رو، وظیفه حکومت است که امنیت را تامین نماید. امنیت در مکتب امام(ره) اشاره به مولفه هایی همچون؛ نظم بلاد و ایمن سازی سامان سیاسی، رفاه عمومی، آرامش جامعه، ایمن بودن از بلایا، در امان بودن جان، مال و ناموس مردم در جامعه، استقلال همه جانبه و... دارد.Examples of security in Islamic government from the perspective of Imam Khomeini's thought
Security in the Islamic government is one of God's blessings; Because the excellence of the government and the people is realized in a safe and secure environment from harm, dangers and threats. Imam Khomeini (may Allah be pleased with him) considers the provision of security, welfare and public comfort as one of the duties of the Islamic government, and they believe that one of the philosophies of forming a government in Islam is to establish security and remove threats from human societies. Since the establishment of security in the Islamic society requires the identification of the components and examples of security, this article tries to examine the security in the Islamic government and by using the analytical-descriptive method, examines the opinions of Imam Khomeini (RA). The main question is this; From Imam Khomeini's point of view, what components does security include? The findings of the article show that Imam Khomeini (may God bless him and grant him peace) looks at the category of security from the perspective of religion and Islamic traditions, and for this reason, he mentions security as an unknown and pleasant blessing that is accompanied by health, peace and independence and is possible. is threatened and therefore, it is the duty of the government to provide security. Security in Imam's school refers to components such as; It has the order and security of the political order, public welfare, peace of society, safety from disasters, safety of life, wealth and honor of people in the society, all-round independence, etc.
