« تجربه اندوزی ناهمگون در بستر موافق »: فرایند جامعه پذیری حرفه ای در بین بازیگرانِ غیرآکادمیکِ تئاتر در شهر تهران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
جامعه پذیری در گروه های حرفه ای یکی از انواع جامعه پذیری است که به فرایند یادگیری نقش ها، ارزش ها، هنجارها و مهارت های مربوط به حرفه یا گروه اجتماعی اشاره دارد. هدف این مطالعه، کشف فرایند جامعه پذیری حرفه ای در بین بازیگران غیرآکادمیکِ تئاتر در شهر تهران، به مثابه یک گروه حرفه ای است؛ کشف و شناسایی فرایندهایی که طی آن، فرد مبتدی، به عضوِ حرفه ایِ گروهِ بازیگرانِ تئاتر تبدیل می شود. تحقق این هدف از طریق فهم و شناسایی «داستان بازیگر شدن» مصاحبه شوندگان تحت هدایتِ روشِ گرانددتئوری دنبال شده است. از مجموعهمقولات بستری/شرایطی، «بستر موافق» به عنوان مقولههسته انتزاع، و از میان مقولات فرایندی/تعاملی، مقوله«تجربه اندوزی ناهمگون» به عنوان مقوله هسته انتخاب شد. از ترکیب این دو مقوله، مقولهمرکزی نهایی به دست آمد: «تجربه اندوزی ناهمگون در بستر موافق». این مقوله نمایان گر یک جامعه پذیری غیرمنسجم و غیرنیت مند است که یک حرکت اُفتان وخیزان تا حرفه ای شدن را نشان می دهد. عملکرد این فرایند عمدتاً از طریق یادگیری های پراکنده از دانش و مهارتِ افراد باتجربه تر، و مواجهه با پدیده های حاوی ظرفیت آموزشی است که بر سر راه بازیگران غیرآکادمیک قرار گرفته است.Heterogeneous Gaining Experiment in the Context of Agreement: Professional Socialization Process of Non-academic Theater Actors and Actresses in the City of Tehran
Socialization in professional groups is one of different types of sociability which refers to the process of learning roles, values, norms and skills related to profession or a social group. The aim of this study is to discover the professional socialization process of non-academic theater actors in the city of Tehran as a professional team. It also attempts to recognize the process through which a novice actor becomes a professional team member. Achieving this goal is followed through understanding "The story of becoming an actor" of interviewees under conducting Grounded Theory. Of all conditional/contextual categories, "the context of agreement" as core abstraction and among procedural/interactive categories, "experimenting heterogeneous" as a core category are employed. From the combination of these two categories, the ultimate central category was obtained: “Gaining experiment in the context of heterogeneous agreement”. This category represents a non-coherent and non-intended socialization which shows a falling and rising action towards professionalization. This process mainly happens through scattered experiences gained from more experienced people who appear on the way of non-academic casts.
