چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی شایستگی های کارآفرینانه ی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه-های دولتی ایران است. در راستای دستیابی به این هدف با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی و از طریق مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختاریافته با 17 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی کارآفرین در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی که از طریق شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، شایستگی های کارآفرینانه ی آنها شناسایی شد. پس از تحلیل داده ها به روش تحلیل مضمون، در مجموع 69 خرده شایستگی کارآفرینانه به دست آمد که با کمک روش گروه کانونی در نه شایستگی کارآفرینانه اصلی جای گرفتند. این شایستگی ها شامل شایستگی فرصت، شایستگی تعهد، شایستگی ارتباطات، شایستگی مدیریت، شایستگی مصالحه و پیشبرد دو نقش هیئت علمی و کارآفرین، شایستگی رشد و توسعه، شایستگی کسب و کار، شایستگی راهبردی، و شایستگی فنی تخصصی بودند. نتایج این مطالعه می تواند علاوه بر افزایش دانش در حوزه کارآفرینی دانشگاهی، در تدوین سیاست های آموزشی و حمایتی در این زمینه به سیاست گذاران کمک کند. واژه های کلیدی: شایستگیهای کارآفرینانه، اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه.Identification of entrepreneurial competencies of the faculty members of Iran's state universities (case study: Shahid Beheshti University)
Identification of entrepreneurial competencies of the faculty members of Iran's state universities (case study: Shahid Beheshti University) Abstract This study purports to identify the entrepreneurial competencies of the faculty members of the Iran's state universities. For this purpose, 17 faculty members of the Shahid Beheshti University, sampled using a purposeful sampling procedure, were interviewed in a semi-structured interview and their enrepreneurial competencies were identified. After thematic analysis of the data a sum of 69 sub-competencies were identified and categorized into 9 major categories using focus group procedure. These entrepreneurial competencies included opportunity competency, commitment competency, communication competency, management competency, reconciliation competency and acting as both a faculty member and an entrepreneur, growth and development competency, business competency, sterategic competency, and technical-expertise competency. Adding to our knowledge on the academic entrepreneurship, the results of this study can also be of help to policy-makers in the development of educational policies and supportive policies with regard to academic entrepreneurship.
