چکیده
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: این پژوهش مدل معادلات ساختاری در ارتباط با عوامل مؤثر بر وقف در سازمان اوقاف و امور خیریه در ایران می باشد. روش پژوهش: کاربردی و نوع داده ها تلفیقی )کمی و کیفی( نحوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی- همبستگی، روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و ابزار گردآوری داده ها مطالعات کتابخآن های و روش میدانی شامل یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است این پرسشنامه دارای 7 مولفه و 56 شاخص براساس مصاحبه با 17 نفر از خبرگان تدوین و سپس براساس یک مطالعه کمِی با 482 نفر نمونه آماری، در نظر گرفته شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی وضعیت موجود از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. هم چنین برای استخراج الگوی نهایی از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد تحلیل های معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار AMOS انجام گرفته است. یافته ها: یافته ها نیز از برازش خوب الگوی ساختاری با داده های جامعه آماری برخوردار بود و الگوی مذکور تبیین مناسبی در جامعه آماری داشت. نتیجه گیری: همه عوامل فوق تاثیر معناداری بر توسعه فرهنگ وقف دارند. ضرائب رگرسیونی (ضرائب مسیر) در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد معنادار بوده و نشان از تاثیر مثبت معنی دار بر توسعه فرهنگ وقف دارندFactors Influencing the Development of Dedication Culture Structural Equation Modeling Approach
Introduction & Research Objectives: This study attempts to investigate structural equations model involving factors affecting endowment in endowment and charity organization of Iran. Research method: Practical with quantitative data type, method of data collecting was descriptive survey-correlational, simple random sampling method was used in addition to data collection tools including library studies and field data collection and a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire consisting 7 components and 56 indices were compiled and then based on a quantitative study with 482 statistical samples, the content validity of the questionnaire was approved. Structural equation modeling was also used to extract the final model. Structural equation analysis was performed by AMOS software. Findings: The findings of the quantitative section were a good fit for the structural model with the statistical population data and the mentioned model has a good justification in the statistical population. Conclusion: All of the above factors have significant effect on the development of endowment culture. Regression coefficients (path coefficients) were significant at 99 percentage confidence level and showed a significant positive effect on the development of endowment culture.
