هستی شناسی میم ها از منظر نظریه ی سه جهان پوپر (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
آراء متفاوتی درباره ی شأن هستی شناختی میم ها وجود دارد. دسته ای از پژوهشگران از جمله بلکمور (Blackmore) و دنت(Dennett) میم ها را موجوداتی در سطح فرهنگ درنظر می گیرند و دسته ی دیگر آن ها، از جمله لینچ (Lynch)و برادی (Brodie) میم ها را هستوندهایی ذهنی می دانند و برخی از جمله گترر (Gatherer) و بنزون (Benzon)وجودی فیزیکی برای آن ها قائل هستند. برخی از منتقدان از جمله بوید و ریچرسون (Boyd and Richerson)و طرفداران نظریه ی هم تکاملی ژن-فرهنگ وجود میم را انکار می کنند و به طور کل وجودی برای آن ها قائل نیستند. این مناقشه ها و اختلاف نظرها شرایط را برای ایجاد مسأله ای هستی شناسانه در نظریه میم ها رقم زده است. این مقاله تلاشی ست برای تحلیل اختلاف نظرها به کمک نظریه ی سه جهان پوپر. پس از معرفی اختلاف نظرها در هستی شناسی میم ها، و هم چنین اشاره ای مقدماتی به نظریه ی سه جهان پوپر، به نفع تکثرگرایی وجودی میم ها دلایلی عرضه می کنیم. تکثرگرایی میم ها به دو معنای متفاوت و قابل جمع در مقاله به کار رفته است. نخست آن که، برخی میم ها هم زمان در یک، دو یا هر سه جهان از جهان های سه گانه وجود دارند و بنابراین نباید همه ی میم ها را به لحاظ وجودشناسی یکسان درنظر گرفت. دوم آن که، ممکن است برخی از آن ها در یک زمان در دو یا سه جهان وجود داشته باشند و در زمانی دیگر تنها در یک جهان. نظریه ی هستی شناختی سه جهان پوپر (به ویژه جهان 3) به جهت ارتباط وثیقی که با معرفت شناسی تکاملی و نحوه ی ارتباط سه جهان پوپر در این نظریه دارد، می تواند ظرفیت مناسبی برای توضیح و تبیین وضعیت هستی شناسی میم ها ارائه دهد.Applying Popper's Theory of the Three Worlds on the Ontology of Memes
There are different opinions regarding the origin of Memes’ ontology. Some researchers, including Blackmore and Dennett, believe that Memes are cultural creatures, while others, including Lynch and Bridie, recognize them as intellectual entities. Moreover, some researchers, including Gatherer and Benzon, consider the Memes as physical existence. Some critics such as Boyd and Riechrson, and their supporters, deny the existence of the Memes. All these negotiations make it necessary to focus on the ontological scrutiny of the Memes theory. The present paper contributes to analyzing the discrepancies in the opinions for the ontology of the Memes using Popper's three worlds theory. In this study, the opinions regarding the ontology of the Memes are investigated with an introduction to Popper's three world’s theory. Then, we present reasons in favor of Mems pluralism. First, some Memes are in one, two, or three worlds simultaneously. Thus, The Memes should not be considered the same in terms of ontological cognition. Secondly, some Memes might be existing in two or three worlds at a time, while they might be in another world at another time. Popper's three worlds’ theory (especially world three) could have enough capacity for describing and discerning the ontology of the Memes due to robust linkage with the evolutionary epistemology and linking procedure of the three worlds.
