چکیده
با شروع سده جدید میلادی، منطقه شرق آسیا، شاهد بازتوزیع قدرت و ثروت توسط ساختار نظام بین الملل بوده است؛ بازتوزیعی که همواره توازن قدرت را به سود چین و به ضرر قدرت سنتی منطقه، یعنی ژاپن، تغییر داده است. برهمین اساس، مقاله حاضر در پی این است که با نگاهی نئورئالیستی، با رویکردی تبیینی تحلیلی، و در قالب روش کیفی، مجموعه اقدامات امنیت طلبانه و حافظ وضع موجود دولت ژاپن را در عرصه نظامی و اقتصادی و در برابر قدرت افزایی های چین، بررسی کند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که ژاپن، به عنوان یک قدرت برتر منطقه ای رو به زوال و واحدی عقلایی با محاسبه هزینه فایده گزینه های موجود در راستای تقابل یا همکاری، مجموعه اقداماتی را دنبال می کند که در راستای کسب بیشینه منافع ملی این کشور بوده اند؛ اقداماتی که به طور هم زمان، دربرگیرنده اهداف رفاهی و اهداف امنیتی هستند؛ از این رو، بررسی طرح ها و اقدامات هم زمان اقتصادی، سیاسی، و امنیتی ارائه شده توسط ژاپن در راستای مقابله با طرح های قدرت گستر چین، می تواند سیاست خارجی منفعت طلبانه قدرت های برتر جهانی را در مقابل تهدیدات قدرت های نوظهور نشان دهد.Japan in the dual dilemma of cooperation and conflict in the face of China's regional challenge (2000-2021)
With the beginning of the new century, East Asia witnessed a redistribution of power and wealth by the structure of the international system; which changed the balance of power to the advantage of China and to the detriment of the region's traditional power, Japan. Accordingly, this study intends to survey the Japanese government's efforts to preserve its regional political and economic position, with the help of descriptive-analytical approach and qualitative method, and with emphasis on the new realism theory. The results of this study shows that Japan, as a declining regional power and with a rational standpoint, by calculating the costs and benefits of the available options, pursues a set of measures to further its national interests, achieving welfare and security goals. Thus, a review of the simultaneous economic, political, and security plans and actions proposed by Japan in response to China's expansionist plans can show the utilitarian foreign policy of the world's superpowers in the face of the threats of emerging powers.
